Electrical power will NOT be provided for trunk setups. If your display, decorations, lighting, sound equipment, or other items require electricity, you are responsible for providing your own generator, portable power station, battery pack, or other appropriate power source.Participants are responsible for the safe operation and placement of any personal power equipment used as part of their setup. Rough Cut Jeep Club and event organizers are not responsible for providing power, fuel, extension cords, equipment, or other electrical accommodations.

Participant Acknowledgment & WaiverBy signing below, I acknowledge that participation in The Great Trunk or Treat is voluntary and at my own risk. I understand and agree that Rough Cut Jeep Club, Louisville Metro Government, Louisville Parks and Recreation, Councilwoman Crystal Bast, event organizers, volunteers, and supporters are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property, or for personal injury that may occur while participating in or attending the event at Sun Valley Park, to the fullest extent permitted by law.I understand that I am responsible for my vehicle, personal property, decorations, equipment, and conduct while participating in the event.All registration fees, event support payments, and other monetary contributions are final and non-refundable.
